The service
Hijinks provides trivia, icebreaker, and word games inside chat platforms (Slack, Discord, and Telegram at launch). The service is currently in private beta: it works, we run it in production, but you may hit rough edges and occasional downtime.
Acceptable use
- Don't abuse, overload, or attempt to break the service.
- Don't use custom questions to harass people or distribute unlawful content.
- One workspace = one subscription; don't resell access.
Plans & billing
Paid plans launch soon. Prices are flat per workspace, never per user. You can cancel anytime; paid features stay active until the end of the billing period. Early-bird discounts apply to the first year and renew at the then-current price.
Availability & liability
We aim for boring reliability but offer no SLA during beta. The service is provided "as is"; to the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
Termination
You can uninstall at any time. We may suspend workspaces that violate these terms, with notice where practical.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
